delaney carrier / chair

 Always active in his community, Delaney joined the MVCS Board in 2022. He previously served eight years on the Franklin School Board and was recently elected to City Council in the city of Franklin. Delaney owns a self storage rental and local property management company in Franklin, NH, where he lives with his family, dogs, chickens, rabbits, and the rest of his menagerie. When he isn’t donating his time to the community, you can find him fishing in any season; one of his children attends MVCS and one is an MVCS graduate.

lisa athanasia / treasurer

Lisa is a certified public accountant, and the Controller of J. Jill, which is a publicly held retail company located in Tilton. Prior to J. Jill, she held Controller positions at various e-commerce companies in the retail space. Lisa has experience leading large teams and deadline-driven projects. Not only is she passionate about “debits and credits” she enjoys the personal aspect of motivating and challenging her teams. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Women in Leadership Program at UVM.

Lisa moved to Plymouth with her husband in 2015 and joined MVCS as a parent and Board member in 2022.  When she is not working, Lisa enjoys trail running, baking, hiking and traveling with her family.

lena hart / secretary

Lena has been working with children for over 20 years. She graduated from PSU with her BA in Early Education and found the “Montessori magic” six years ago at a Children’s House in Holderness. After working at this local Montessori school for three years, she opened her own Children’s House in Campton, NH. At Seeds to Trees Montessori, she is currently the Lead Teacher and Director and she recently added a toddler program to her school. Lena thrives on the small community of central New Hampshire, which she credits with pushing her to connect with like-minded families seeking to intertwine practical life skills and the outdoors. When she is not at the school, you can find her running, reading, or making a cup of coffee. She lives in Campton with her husband Correy, her three girls, and two dogs.

robin goldstein / trustee

Robin is an Anthropologist and mom to four MVCS students. She values the MVCS educational model that inspires students to learn and drives their curiosity about the world as fundamental to getting kids to take an active interest in effecting change and being active members in their community. In her professional work, she has organized and carried out federally-funded community-based projects in both Peru and the US, managing budgets and employees in two languages. More close to home, she spent six years as the MVCS Family Committee Co-Chair and developed a community volunteer base for the school. She also serves as Treasurer of her local library and as a commissioner on the Rumney Conservation Commission. She currently works as an Adjunct Professor at the Air Force Culture and Language Institute, where she teaches topics in Anthropology.

Robin loves being outside in any weather, especially with her family.
